Trends in Multi-Projector Blending, Warping and Calibration Webinar

Large screen displays can be created from multiple low-cost projectors. In addition, sometimes the screens are high aspect ratio, curved or dome-shaped. Geometrically blending, warping and color calibrating these multiple projectors to create a seamless image is difficult. There are many approaches to solving this problem with many new and innovative ideas coming to market now. This webinar will describe the trends in the professional display industry that are driving the use of multi-projector systems, will detail the approaches and advantages of each and will offer ideas on how this technology can be used in many new applications.

Dr. Shanley holds dual PhDs in Physics and Electrical Engineering and has worked on many leading technologies over his long career. He is the author of over 45 publications in electro-optics, and holds several patents and pending patents on displays. His experience includes senior posts at McDonnell Douglas, Polaroid, Bose, GE AstroSpace and Honeywell Electro-Optics. He is a well-regarded industry veteran and expert.
