Early Bird Registration Prior to April 1st	$1,095.00
Registration Between April 1st and June 4th	$1,295.00
On-site Registration June 5th to June 7th	$1,395.00

Cancellation policy

Registrations cancelled prior to April 1 -- 50% of registration fee will be returned. Registrations cancelled between April 2 and April 30 -- 25% of registration fee will be returned.
Registrations cancelled after April 30th will not be refunded.
