Norwalk, Connecticut, July 7, 2005 - Insight Media and Nutmeg Consultants, both of Norwalk, Connecticut, are combining their programs and personnel, executives from both organizations announced today. The consolidation is effective immediately; the organization will operate under the name Insight Media, and will continue to use its existing offices at 3 Morgan Avenue, Norwalk, Connecticut.
Insight Media is the highly regarded provider of intelligence and services to the electronic information display industry - the industry that manufacturers and supplies projection displays, flat-panel displays, and CRT-based displays, as well as the TV sets, monitors, notebook computers, cell phones, and other products that use them. IM's products and services include research reports, consulting services, conferences, investor services, strategic evaluations, supply-chain intelligence, contract engineering services, and industry newsletters, including the company's flagship newsletter Projection Monthly. Insight Media has a highly respected staff of analysts - many of them among the leading practitioners in their fields - and a global client base.
Nutmeg Consultants, founded in 1987, has provided the information display industry with industry consulting, IP transfer, marketing, promotion, advertising, conference support, press support, and information and educational services. Nutmeg Consultants - president, Ken Werner, is internationally respected as Editor-in-Chief of the Society for Information Display's Information Display magazine. Dian Mecca, Nutmeg's Operations Manager, serves as ID's Administrative Editor. They will continue to edit Information Display through the December 2005 issue.

Among other recent additions to the IM team is Senior Analyst Matthew Brennesholtz, world-renowned display expert and co-author of Projection Displays (John Wiley and Sons, 1999). Before joining IM, Brennesholtz was lead projection system architect at Philips LCOS Microdisplay Systems. He has been granted 23 U.S. patents (with others pending). Matt works out of IM's Norwalk offices, providing services that include consulting and display system modeling and analysis.
